At Hairchitects, there is no such thing as a standard massage; every massage is customized to meet your individual needs. For best results, our therapeutic massage therapist suggest 90-minute to 120-minute massage focused on the areas you want to target.

THE HAIRCHITECTS APPROACH

Arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out your intake form about any past medical history, injuries, or physical conditions we should be aware of.

Our Massage Therapist will consult with you about your goals for the session.
You will be left to disrobe (partially or fully) and get comfortable under the top sheet. The Massage Therapist will only uncover the targeted areas.

Once the massage begins don't be afraid to communicate with your Massage Therapist in order to receive the most effective treatment. She will also be asking you if you are experiencing the right amount of pressure.
Relax your muscles and your mind and breathe normally.

When the massage finishes, your Massage Therapist will wait outside of the room while you get dressed. You are welcome to take your time and move slowly.
Your Massage Therapist will be ready for you once you exit with a bottle of water. It is important to stay hydrated after your massage.
